Welcome to Dragoo Services
Select a client on the left or create a new one.
Assign a Service Day (Monday–Friday) to organize your route.
- Clients list on the left is grouped by route day.
- Tap Today’s Route to filter to today’s service day.
- Use Phosphates to see Phos readings for every pool.
- Use Daily Chem Check for FC / pH / Alk across the route.
- Use Calcium Hardness to see CH for every pool.
- Use Dosage Charts for quick range & dosage references.
- Use Lee Assistant to get live help on pool problems.

Filter Cleaning
Use this when you clean the filter (typically Jan and Jul) to record the exact date.Salt Cell Cleaning
Use this when you clean the salt cell (typically Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct) to record the exact date.Daily Service Problems / Notes
Document issues, warnings, customer requests, heater concerns, or follow-ups for this specific visit.Visit History
| Date | SpinTouch (key) | Taylor (key) | Notes | Meta |

Only a few key values are shown in the table (FC / pH / Alk / CH / CYA / Salt / Phos). You can export all data to JSON.
Phosphate Readings – All Clients
Each row is a recorded visit with its SpinTouch and Taylor phosphate levels. All Phosphate Logs
| Client | Service Day | Date | SpinTouch Phos | Taylor Phos |
|---|
Sorted by service day, then client name, then date. Blank cells mean no phosphate value was entered for that test on that visit.
Calcium Hardness – All Clients
Each row is a recorded visit with its SpinTouch and Taylor CH (Calcium Hardness) levels. All Calcium Hardness Logs
| Client | Service Day | Date | SpinTouch CH | Taylor CH |
|---|
Sorted by service day, then client name, then date. Blank cells mean no CH value was entered for that test on that visit.
Daily Chem Check – All Clients
Chlorine (FC), pH, and Alkalinity from SpinTouch & Taylor for every recorded visit. All Daily Chem Logs
| Client | Service Day | Date | SpinTouch FC | Taylor FC | SpinTouch pH | Taylor pH | SpinTouch Alk | Taylor Alk |
|---|
Sorted by service day, then client name, then date. Blank cells mean no value was entered for that test on that visit.
Dosage Charts & Targets
Quick reference for Taylor-style ranges and basic dosing rules (rule-of-thumb only – always verify for each pool).Typical Recommended Ranges (Residential Pool)
Use this as a general target. Adjust for special cases (heater manufacturer, plaster vs. vinyl, salt systems, etc.).| Parameter | Target Range | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Free Chlorine (FC) | 2–4 ppm (many run 3–5) | Match to CYA level; don’t let it sit at 0. |
| pH | 7.4–7.8 (7.2–7.8 acceptable) | Heater-friendly sweet spot ~7.4–7.6. |
| Total Alkalinity (TA) | 80–120 ppm | Lower (70–90) is OK for salt with high aeration. |
| Calcium Hardness (CH) | 200–400 ppm | Watch scaling risk if > 400, especially with heaters. |
| Cyanuric Acid (CYA) | 30–50 ppm (liquid CL) / 60–80 ppm (salt) | Too high CYA makes chlorine sluggish; may need water replacement. |
| Salt (SWG pools) | Per manufacturer, typically ~2700–3400 ppm | Trust the cell’s happy range more than generic charts. |
| Phosphates | < 500 ppb | Many treat > 1000 ppb, especially on problem pools. |
These are generic targets only. Always follow local code and equipment manufacturer recommendations.
Raise Alkalinity – Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate)
Rule-of-thumb: 1.5 lbs baking soda per 10,000 gallons raises TA by about 10 ppm.Always add in smaller steps, circulate 6–24 hours, and retest.
| Pool Volume | +10 ppm TA | +20 ppm TA | +30 ppm TA |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10,000 gal | 1.5 lbs | 3.0 lbs | 4.5 lbs |
| 15,000 gal | 2.25 lbs | 4.5 lbs | 6.75 lbs |
| 20,000 gal | 3.0 lbs | 6.0 lbs | 9.0 lbs |
| 25,000 gal | 3.75 lbs | 7.5 lbs | 11.25 lbs |
- Broadcast around the pool, don’t dump in one spot or skimmer.
- Run pump 6–24 hours and retest TA and pH.
- If you’re unsure, start with half the amount, then creep up.
