Dragoo Services observes paid holidays and scheduled vacation time totaling four (4) weeks per year. During these periods, up to four (4) regularly scheduled service visits annually will not be performed. Monthly service rates remain unchanged.

The standard $200 monthly service rate includes up to four (4) service visits per month. Any month with a fifth scheduled service visit is serviced at no additional charge. This structure ensures consistent billing while balancing scheduled time off and added service value throughout the year.
